4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Payments

Prices are listed on the website or checkout page and may be shown in INR or other currencies.
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount, including any applicable taxes.
For payment plans, you agree to complete all installments by their due dates.

4.2 Refunds

All sales are final and non‑refundable.
Digital products, online courses, memberships and coaching packages are not eligible for refunds once purchased or access is granted.

If a specific program or offer includes a different refund or guarantee policy, that policy will apply and will be clearly stated on the relevant page.

4.3 Cancellations (by you)

For 1:1 sessions and calls:
- You may cancel or reschedule within the time frame stated on the booking page (e.g., minimum 24–48 hours before the session).
- Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged in full and not rescheduled.
For group programs, courses, memberships and bundles:
- Once you enroll and get access, cancellations do not entitle you to a refund.
- For ongoing memberships, you may cancel future renewals as per the instructions in your account or via support; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Cancellations (by us)

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or modify any service, session or program. If we cancel a paid service and do not reschedule, you will be offered either:

A suitable alternative, or
A pro‑rated refund for the portion not delivered (where applicable).

We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or any community guidelines.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & No‑Shows

All session times are shown in the time zone indicated on the booking system.
You are responsible for checking time zones and attending at the correct time.
If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
No‑shows (not attending without prior notice) may be forfeited and still charged.

Our services are designed to provide education, guidance, strategies and support. However:

We do not guarantee any specific results, such as income, client numbers, business growth or other outcomes.

10. Community & Group Guidelines

Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, hateful or harmful behavior

11. Technology, Access & Recordings

Recordings and replays are provided at our discretion and may be removed after a certain period.
